Les mesures sont effectu\u00e9es \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide de capteurs plac\u00e9s sur le doigt, le lobe de l&rsquo;oreille ou l&rsquo;orteil. <\/p>\n<p>Les appareils utilisent la lumi\u00e8re dans diff\u00e9rentes longueurs d&rsquo;onde pour analyser l&rsquo;absorption dans les tissus et en d\u00e9duire des valeurs pertinentes. Cette m\u00e9thode est rapide, indolore et ne pr\u00e9sente aucun risque d&rsquo;infection. <\/p>\n<p data-pm-slice=\"1 1 []\">Les oxym\u00e8tres de pouls font aujourd&rsquo;hui partie de l&rsquo;\u00e9quipement standard des services de secours, des cliniques, des \u00e9tablissements de soins et, de plus en plus, des particuliers (soins \u00e0 domicile). Ils fournissent des informations importantes sur l&rsquo;oxyg\u00e9nation du corps et d&rsquo;autres param\u00e8tres cardiopulmonaires. L&rsquo;oxyh\u00e9moglobine et la d\u00e9soxyh\u00e9moglobine absorbent la lumi\u00e8re \u00e0 des degr\u00e9s diff\u00e9rents. Le capteur mesure l&rsquo;absorption p\u00e9riodique de la lumi\u00e8re au rythme des battements cardiaques et en calcule la SpO\u2082.  <\/p><p>L&rsquo;oxym\u00e9trie de pouls classique est int\u00e9gr\u00e9e \u00e0 la plupart des oxym\u00e8tres de pouls portables et fournit une estimation fiable de l&rsquo;oxyg\u00e9nation dans des conditions normales.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c57b58c e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"c57b58c\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f2962d1 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f2962d1\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p data-pm-slice=\"1 1 []\"><strong>CO-oxym\u00e9trie (m\u00e9thode multicanaux)<\/strong><\/p><p data-pm-slice=\"1 1 []\">La CO-oxym\u00e9trie est une m\u00e9thode de mesure avanc\u00e9e qui utilise la lumi\u00e8re \u00e0 plusieurs longueurs d&rsquo;onde pour diff\u00e9rencier les diff\u00e9rents types d&rsquo;h\u00e9moglobine :<\/p><ul data-spread=\"false\"><li><p><strong>COHb (carboxyh\u00e9moglobine) :<\/strong> Fixe le monoxyde de carbone. Critique en cas d&rsquo;intoxication par la fum\u00e9e. <\/p><\/li><li><p><strong>MetHb (m\u00e9th\u00e9moglobine) :<\/strong> Se forme en cas d&rsquo;intoxication ou d&rsquo;effets m\u00e9dicamenteux. R\u00e9duit le transport de l&rsquo;oxyg\u00e8ne. <\/p><\/li><li><p><strong>L&rsquo;oxyh\u00e9moglobine (O\u2082Hb)<\/strong> et <strong>la d\u00e9soxyh\u00e9moglobine (HHb)<\/strong> sont toujours mesur\u00e9es, mais pr\u00e9sent\u00e9es de mani\u00e8re plus diff\u00e9renci\u00e9e.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p>Cette m\u00e9thode est principalement utilis\u00e9e en m\u00e9decine d&rsquo;urgence, dans les situations toxicologiques et en anesth\u00e9sie.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4b25725 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"4b25725\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f33060d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f33060d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p data-pm-slice=\"1 1 []\"><strong>Mesure de r\u00e9flexion vs. mesure de transmission<\/strong><\/p><p data-pm-slice=\"1 1 []\">Les capteurs \u00e0 transmission envoient de la lumi\u00e8re \u00e0 travers une partie du corps finement translucide (p. ex. doigt, lobe d&rsquo;oreille). L&rsquo;absorption de la lumi\u00e8re est mesur\u00e9e sur la partie oppos\u00e9e. <\/p><p>Les capteurs r\u00e9fl\u00e9chissants, quant \u00e0 eux, analysent la lumi\u00e8re r\u00e9fl\u00e9chie, par exemple sur le front ou sur la peau.
