La misurazione viene effettuata tramite sensori applicati al dito, al lobo dell&#8217;orecchio o all&#8217;alluce. <\/p>\n<p>I dispositivi utilizzano la luce a diverse lunghezze d&#8217;onda per analizzare l&#8217;assorbimento nel tessuto e ricavare i valori rilevanti. Questo metodo \u00e8 rapido, indolore e non comporta alcun rischio di infezione. <\/p>\n<p data-pm-slice=\"1 1 []\">I pulsossimetri sono ormai una dotazione standard nei servizi di emergenza, negli ospedali, nelle strutture di assistenza e sempre pi\u00f9 spesso anche nel settore privato (assistenza a domicilio). Forniscono informazioni importanti sull&#8217;apporto di ossigeno all&#8217;organismo e su altri parametri cardiopolmonari. L&#8217;ossiemoglobina e la deossiemoglobina assorbono la luce in misura diversa. Il sensore misura l&#8217;assorbimento periodico della luce in base al battito cardiaco e lo utilizza per calcolare la SpO\u2082.  <\/p><p>La pulsossimetria classica \u00e8 integrata nella maggior parte dei pulsossimetri portatili e fornisce una valutazione affidabile dell&#8217;apporto di ossigeno in condizioni normali.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c57b58c e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"c57b58c\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f2962d1 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f2962d1\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p data-pm-slice=\"1 1 []\"><strong>Ossimetria CO (metodo multicanale)<\/strong><\/p><p data-pm-slice=\"1 1 []\">La CO-ossimetria \u00e8 un metodo di misurazione avanzato che utilizza la luce a pi\u00f9 lunghezze d&#8217;onda per differenziare i diversi tipi di emoglobina:<\/p><ul data-spread=\"false\"><li><p><strong>COHb (carbossiemoglobina):<\/strong> Lega il monossido di carbonio. \u00c8 fondamentale nell&#8217;inalazione del fumo. <\/p><\/li><li><p><strong>MetHb (metaemoglobina):<\/strong> Si verifica in caso di avvelenamento o per effetto di farmaci. Riduce il trasporto di ossigeno. <\/p><\/li><li><p>L&#8217;<strong>ossiemoglobina (O\u2082Hb)<\/strong> e la <strong>deossiemoglobina (HHb)<\/strong> vengono ancora misurate, ma visualizzate in modo pi\u00f9 differenziato.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p>Questa procedura viene utilizzata principalmente nella medicina d&#8217;emergenza, nelle situazioni tossicologiche e nell&#8217;anestesia.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4b25725 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"4b25725\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f33060d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f33060d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p data-pm-slice=\"1 1 []\"><strong>Misurazione riflettente o trasmissiva<\/strong><\/p><p data-pm-slice=\"1 1 []\">I sensori trasmittenti inviano la luce attraverso una parte del corpo poco traslucida (ad esempio un dito, un lobo dell&#8217;orecchio). L&#8217;assorbimento della luce viene misurato sul lato opposto. <\/p><p>I sensori a riflessione, invece, analizzano la luce riflessa, ad esempio sulla fronte o sulla pelle.
